Please review our prepayment, lateness, and cancellation policies below. By booking and paying for a treatment, you agree to these terms.
Prepayment Policy
Payment in full is made in advance of the treatment or activity date, to book your appointment. Bookings with a shorter time frame and same-day bookings are accepted based on availability and payment via Mastercard, Visa, Discover, American Express in advance, is required to book your service.
Lateness
So you can best enjoy your treatment, please be at your location 15 minutes prior to our agreed arrival time, so that you are not rushed and we can set up and start your appointment on time. If you are running late, please call us immediately so that we can notify the massage practitioner, nail tech etc. Unfortunately, you will forfeit the time lost and your treatment will be shortened accordingly.
Cancellation
Cancellation must occur at least two months in advance of the treatment date to incur no penalty and a full refund will be made. Cancellations made less than two months in advance but more than 4 weeks in advance will incur a 50% charge on treatments booked. Cancellations that occur less than 4 weeks in advance will incur the full charge of the treatments booked.
