Feet and scalp massage is built into every session length — 30, 45, 60, 90 and 120 minutes, plus our couples and four-hand sessions — so you are never asked to add it on separately. Assisted stretching is also included whenever you are willing and able; your therapist works within your comfortable range of motion, and we screen for anything that would make stretching unsafe (a recent hip replacement or back surgery, for example) through a short pre-treatment consultation.
We use only two oils across every massage — cold-pressed coconut and grapeseed — with no added essential-oil fragrance on default sessions, so the experience stays comfortable even if you have sensitive skin or scent allergies.
